Our cuisine uses ingredients fresh from the market and indulges you from our à la carte menu or from the banquet. Patron Max Schwegler does the cooking himself and his mother Susanne Schwegler oversees the service.
In our restaurant, you will find regional and seasonal dishes, inspired by the French cuisine. We are well-known for our fish specialties and are member of the table fellowship “zum Goldenen Fisch”.
We serve quality wine which comes directly from the producer and our own vineyard spoils you with the fruity Blauburgunder “Gredhauswein”. During the warm season, we invite you to dine on our spacious Rheinterrasse.
